For your information, we offer two rota patterns for NQP's, each aligned with a different salary structure:
Rotation 1: 5 days on, 4 days off – £54,717.50 per annum
Rotation 2: 4 days on, 5 days off – £43,880.63 per annum

Role Requirements:
- Hold a UK manual ‘Category B’ driving licence for at least 1 years and no more than 6 points on your licence, as well as being over the age of 21 (for insurance purposes).
- You will hold a FREC4 and an emergency driving qualification.
- Physical fitness is important in this role as there is sometimes a requirement to reach inaccessible patients in a hurry, carry out manual handling and CPR.
- Have a warm and caring personality with the ability to connect with people.
- Lastly, you will have quality references covering the last three years of employment history and a satisfactory, enhanced DBS check.
